I’ve never done anything like this before. How do I know if this is for me?
If you have a strong desire to make changes and willing to do the work, you will have the tools and framework to help you be successful.
Will I have to stop drinking for the entire 30 days?
It is recommended for you to create a clean slate, yes, but if you should have an off night or two, get back on the horse and let’s keep going!
Will I have to participate in the live coaching, say my name or show my face on camera?
No, you can remain anonymous if you choose. Simply delete or change your name for the Zoom calls and keep your camera off. I will add that most people get a better experience if they play full out and show up authentically, but you do not have to if you’re not comfortable.
I’m a busy professional and don’t have a lot of extra time. How much time do I need to allocate each week?
With the weekly hour coaching calls, short videos, and action items, plan on approximately two hours per week.
Is this course for both men and women?
Yes! I coach both and welcome all.
What happens if I still need or want support after the 30 days?
No problem, I got you covered! My one-on-one program might just be the right fit for you. We can decide together if that’s a good option for you. Either way, you will still have access to the private Facebook groups for support.
My partner isn’t ready to question the drink with me. Will I still be successful?
Yes, you can still be successful. You might even be a role model for them! This program will show you how not to isolate yourself from others, but rather to show you to be comfortable around others that are choosing to drink, even if you’re not.
Will I learn how to moderate my drinking?
Perhaps. The goal of the course is for you to discover why you’re drinking and to understand your triggers and urges. You may decide after taking a 30-day break that you don’t want to go back, but if you do, you’ll have some tools to help you along the way. My personal goal for you is to develop a relationship with alcohol that works for the long run, not just for the next 30 days.
Are the coaching calls held on the same day of the week? What happens if I miss one?
It’s strongly encouraged to be present for the calls, but if you cannot attend, you will have access to a recording.
What if I’m currently in a program or seeing a therapist? Will this still benefit me?
Absolutely! Many people have been very successful in having different approaches. It’s not an “or” — it’s an “and”. The course work will only add to your current program, thereby giving you an additional benefit.
