If you drink too much, you must be an alcoholic.


This is what society and recovery programs have implied. This is NOT true. Not everyone that drinks too much from time to time is an alcoholic. About 50% of the population that consumes alcohol is in the gray area. This may include binge drinkers and the nightly “just a few glasses of wine” drinkers, and everything in between.

Hi, I’m Kari!

I’m a 7x career path conqueror that found my passion in helping professional men and women that are stuck in the gray areas of life, particularly with alcohol.

Together we discover why they drink and what’s holding them back from reaching the next best version of themselves so they can advance in their careers, establish healthier relationships, and gain massive confidence.

It’s all about DISCOVERY…not recovery.

Why I created this…

Not only do I help professional men and women self-identify where they are currently, I help them discover WHY they got there and HOW to move out of the gray so they can live their life with passion and purpose without needing to drink alcohol.

I also believe that not every problematic drinker falls into the alcoholic category. Not everything is black and white like we’ve been told. There are many shades of gray.

I’ve never done anything like this before. How do I know if this is for me?

If you have a strong desire to make changes and willing to do the work, you will have the tools and framework to help you be successful.

Will I have to stop drinking for the entire 30 days?

It is recommended for you to create a clean slate, yes, but if you should have an off night or two, get back on the horse and let’s keep going!

Will I have to participate in the live coaching, say my name or show my face on camera?

No, you can remain anonymous if you choose. Simply delete or change your name for the Zoom calls and keep your camera off. I will add that most people get a better experience if they play full out and show up authentically, but you do not have to if you’re not comfortable.

I’m a busy professional and don’t have a lot of extra time. How much time do I need to allocate each week?

With the weekly hour coaching calls, short videos, and action items, plan on approximately two hours per week.

Is this course for both men and women?

Yes! I coach both and welcome all.

What happens if I still need or want support after the 30 days?

No problem, I got you covered! My one-on-one program might just be the right fit for you. We can decide together if that’s a good option for you. Either way, you will still have access to the private Facebook groups for support.

My partner isn’t ready to question the drink with me. Will I still be successful?

Will I learn how to moderate my drinking?

Perhaps. The goal of the course is for you to discover why you’re drinking and to understand your triggers and urges. My personal goal for you is to develop a relationship with alcohol that works for the long run, not just for the next 30 days.

Are the coaching calls held on the same day of the week? What happens if I miss one?

It’s strongly encouraged to be present for the calls, but if you cannot attend, you will have access to a recording.

What if I’m currently in a program or seeing a therapist? Will this still benefit me?

Absolutely! Many people have been very successful in having different approaches. It’s not an “or” — it’s an “and”. The course work will only add to your current program, thereby giving you an additional benefit.
