About the Trainer

Kari Schwear is a seasoned Executive Coach, Speaker, and Corporate Trainer who brings decades of diverse professional experience and profound personal transformation to her work. Her career journey spans seven distinct industries, from hospitality, banking, and business development to real estate, healthcare, and luxury automotive sales, notably with Porsche.

Kari co-authored the #1 Wall Street Journal bestseller, Limitless: How 27 Driven Impact Leaders Broke Free of Their Pasts and Claimed Their Power to Shape the Future, as well as the Amazon bestseller, The Successful Mind: Tools for Living a Purposeful, Productive, and Happy Life (2020).

Driven by her own transformational journey, Kari founded GrayTonic and the Question the Drink® movement in 2018, dedicated to helping others navigate life’s challenging gray areas. Her professional certifications include Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Motivational Interviewing, Life Coaching, and specialized trauma-informed training through NICABM.
